Tooling design
KITXON Plastic provides parametric solid modeling and design capabilities. We use Solidworks software, AutoCAD and a variety a data types including IGES and DXF formats.We provide complete mold designs including assemblies, details and full 3-D solid models for CNC programming and electrode fabrication. Solid modeling gives us the option of creating direct SLA models for pre-manufacturing of tooling.
Precision Molding
During the mold making process, we are able to provide rapid prototypes using 3D printing and thermoplastic technology and review all aspects of mold design with the customer, complete with process and tooling troubleshooting, in order to ensure a high-quality, precise mold every time.
High precision Injection
KITXON Plastic specializes in high precision injection molding of plastic parts. The cornerstone of achieving high precision is the minimization of process variation during injection molding. Process variation can be caused by any external variable that causes change in the resulting plastic part’s dimensions or physical properties. Examples of such external variables include the plastic material’s consistency, the molding machine’s accuracy, and the thermodynamic control of the injection mold.
ASSEMBLY & Packing
The packing line provide the service to customer need to assembly parts and pack in box. Our one step service produce everything from one concept to a finished product and ship to customer’s hand.
Quality Control
The Quality Department is staffed by specialists who monitor and maintain critical characteristics required by our customers. Calibration systems ensure the accuracy of our equipment and inspection instruments include an optical comparator with coordinate measuring machines. Quality planning and a standard of excellence maintained by continuous improvement ensures minimal product defects.
